POLITICAL COMPULSIONS arising out of Yadav-trio creating problems on Women Reservation Bill have allegedly made CBI take a soft stand in disproportionate-asset case against Lalu Prasad Yadav in Supreme Court. The best possible way is to appoint CBI chief by consensus between Prime Minister and Opposition Leader in the manner Information Commissioner and heads of National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) and Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) are appointed.
