THE CENTRAL Board of Secondary Education declared the results of Class X exams for the Ajmer, Panchkula and Chennai regions on Tuesday (May 26). The result for rest of the regions, including Delhi will be declared by end of this month.
The results of Faridabad and Gurgaon, which fall in Panchkula regions are also out. Results can be checked at Cbse.nic.in, Cbseresults.nic.in and Results.nic.in. Students can also check their individual results at mtnldelhi.in and bol.net.in.
The result is also being offered through IVRS system. Some mobile service provider are also providing results through short message services (SMSes). According to reports, total 824,438 students - 336,963 female candidates and 487,475 male candidates - took the Class 10 board exams in the country and abroad this year. Meanwhile, the education board has started second round of counseling for anxious students and parents, informed CBSE public relations officer Rama Sharma. As many as 37 qualified counselors, school principals and psychologist are receiving these calls.
There are about 18 helpline centres in India and three abroad - Dubai, Doha-Qatar and Kuwait. CBSE covers several government, private and government-aided schools, apart from Kendriya Vidalayas and Jawahar Navodya Vidalayas. The result can be accessed through IVRS system at:
