CBSE class XII results 2017: Have a look at the details!
Union HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar has said, "I congratulate all those who were successful, those who did not succeed must not lose hope."

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) class 12 results were declared on Sunday.

Raksha Gopal from Noida, Uttar Pradesh has topped the exams with 99.6 per cent marks. Bhumi Sawant from Chandigarh, Punjab secured 99.4 per cent bagging the second position while Aditya Jain secured the third position with 99.2 per cent marks. 

Raksha, a student of Amity International School Noida, scored 100 marks each in English, Economics and Political Science while as in Psychology and History, she scored 99 marks each.

Bhumi and Aditya are both from Chandigarh. While Bhumi is a student of DAV School, Sector 8, Chandigarh, Aditya is a student of Bhawan Vidyalaya, Chandigarh.

The results can be viewed at the official website of the board, cbseresults.nic.in. National Informatics Centre of the IT ministry is providing support for this. CBSE has also started a toll free helpline number 18000118004 to offer counselling post the results. Sixty five councillors have been assigned to offer help to students on the helpline numbers that will operate from 8 am in the morning till 10 pm at night. 

The results were declared today morning at 10:20 am. 

As per reports, the all India pass percentage of CBSE has taken a dip and slipped down to 82 per cent. The same numbers, last year were 83.05 per cent. Girls have yet again outshined boys with the pass percentage of girls being 88.58 per cent.

The highest percentage has been reported to have been from Thiruvananthapuram region in Kerala with 97.61 per cent pass percentage.

Around 11 lakh students appeared for the exams this year.
