CD leveling corruption charges against Haryana Minister grabs headline
Ram Kishan Fauji and Haryana Chief Minister, Bhupinder Singh Hooda has described the circulation of the CD as a conspiracy of Indian National Lok Dal party, who circulated it. After the circulation, the corruption charges leveled against Haryana Chief Parliamentary Secretary has become the talking point. Questions circulating is whether Hooda will send the CD to forensic lab to discover the truth.
The CD circulated has leveled allegations of asking bribe for getting a change of land use, against Haryana
Chief Parliamentary Secretary, Ramkishan Fauji. As a result of which he has been most discussed in the political and administrative circles of State. Both Hooda and Fauji accused Om Prakash Chautala of political conspiracy sighting CD as tampered.
Fauji has even described it as a conspiracy against Dalit leaders citing so called previous actions of Indian National Lok Dal humiliating Dalit leaders, former Govrnor.G.D.Tapase and former Minister K.R.Punia. But, the million dollar question, which assumes importance is whether the CD will be sent to forensic lab for examination of truth, as people deserve to know about the truth in an age, where RTI exists.
It is a serious issue, which should not be buried under the carpet of allegations and counter allegations. If after examination the CD is found genuine, then Fauji should be dismissed from the government and a criminal case should be registered against him. If it is found tampered then Fauji in his individual capacity and even the State Government can launch defamation case against Chautala.
Since Fauji has called it as a conspiracy against Dalit leaders , hence Chairman of Scheduled Castes Commission Congress, P.L.Punia should also take note of the incident and take appropriate measures according to the Law.
