Changing face of public transportation in Delhi

As Delhi authorities are busy concocting lots of things for the progress and development of the city it looks like there are loads of surprises awaiting for us. Delhi has seen loads of developments in the last few years, Delhi Metro, idea of setting E-bins across the city, low floor buses, Monorail in Mumbai and now eco friendly vehicles for public transportation. What else people can ask for? Removing DTC, blue line buses and autos from the city might help in controlling pollution and in decreasing number of road accidents. According to me it’s a great idea and I think eco-friendly autos and vehicles will prove to be the best and convenient modes of public transportation.
.I agree with Vishal Gupta. Delhi CM talk about removing autos from the road and replacing with electric car ( four wheeler). Will car be safe mode of traveling for women in rape capital of India? Is radio-taxi drivers are behaving properly with all? Cannot electric cars will do traffic jams by means of their size and area? In Delhi, first we need better transport management technology and safer mode of transport before we think of replacing auto rickshaws.
.Removing autos from Delhi is not going to help Delhi in any way. All the autos run on CNG and are more eco friendly than before. This shows the short sightedness of the Delhi government which forcefully removed all the Diesel and Petrol running autos to replace it with CNG autos... They should have done it at that itself. Why the hell this government keeps playing with the taxpayers money... Now they will take away CNG autos giving reason that it is creating pollution, 7 years back same autos were eco friendly....
