Changing preferences has made a change from print media to electronic media
For the past decade, the country has experienced great changes in mass media communication. There is a significant change in conventional new media. Technological advances and intense competition have contributed to these changes.

GONE ARE the days when you wake up and see your grandfather sitting with a cup of coffee in hand, desperately waiting for the newspaper to arrive, and discover later that the newspaper is now in the hand of your father, who goes through it quickly before his breakfast. Newspaper has always been an important communication tool that reaches people every morning with a very personal language.


If we talk about present times, when we get up in the morning, we open our mobile browser and check the news in the morning, without much hassle of going through long and tiring print newspaper. Costly subscriptions to foreign magazines becomes an e-subscription. This is evolution, a situation where there is a common platform for print and electronic media. Electronic media is a visually more attractive and effective way to convey a message, but the fact of being a carrier frequency is also effective in recording the message, ensuring high brand recall among viewers and potential customers.

The growing importance of electronic media has a profound meaning for today’s youth all over the globe. Offering many choices, this medium has the ability to maintain the pace they want and demand from generation Y. Not only that, this is the only medium, which brings them immense power, money and authority and also helps them to get recognition in their society and nation.
