As per the Court's paper, Mueller will be entitled to USD 55,000 a month which will go towards child support and will also be entitled to USD 758,000. The actor will keep the family's home but will also pay Mueller USD 1 million.

HOT SHOTS star, Charlie Sheen and his wife Brooke Mueller filed for divorce in Los Angeles Superior Court citing "irreconcilable differences". As the 45 year old actor separated from his third wife, it was also revealed that the couple had signed a prenuptial agreement. As per news reports which surfaced, Sheen seeks joint physical and legal custody of their 1 1/2-year-old twin boys Bob and Max, while Mueller wants primary physical custody with visitation for Sheen.

Sheen and Brooke had called it quits last Christmas when they had a nasty fight in Aspen, Colorado which landed the actor in jail. The actor, reportedly, attacked his wife with a knife and was placed on probation and sentenced to 30 days at a rehab center after he pleaded guilty of the offence. Post the fight, the couple tried to fix their marriage and they also attended rehabilitation sessions.

Recently, the actor was again caught in the legal web when he was found naked and disordered in a hotel room in New York. The actor was also accused of damaging the hotel property. Post the incident, the actor voluntarily went with authorities for a psychiatric evaluation.

However, a representative of the actor said that the actor had an allergic reaction after he got into an inebriated state.
