ACTOR CHARLIE Sheen’s car has been found toppled over, on the side of a road in Mulholland Drive on Friday morning. The discovery spread panic across media quarters however it was revealed that the car was actually stolen from the actor’s premises.
Charlie Sheen called police about 5:15 am to report a possible burglar on the premises of his Sherman Oaks home, said Los Angeles police.
The car, a Mercedes four-door sedan, was found 300 feet to 400 feet down near the 13300 block of Mulholland Drive in Beverly Crest. Police and fire crews found the car badly damaged just after 4 a.m., but no one was found in or around it. A search was ongoing.Nothing else from Sheen's home was reported stolen, Borihanh said. The Mercedes was likely taken before the burglary was reported, Borihanh said. Meanwhile Charlie Sheen is all set to be charged on Monday with felony menacing and misdemeanor assault for choking his wife Brooke Mueller, putting a 4-inch switchblade to her throat and threatening to kill her when she said she wanted a divorce.
Brooke will be in court on Monday with Sheen. Sheen still claims all that happened was that they slapped each other on the arms.
