Chelsea Clinton weds Marc Mezvinsky: Are Obama and Gore in the guest list?

Chelsea Clinton plans to get married to fianc? Marc Mezvinsky in the upstate New York village of Rhinebeck at Astor courts on July 31.

CHELSEA CLINTON plans to get married to fiance Marc Mezvinsky in the upstate New York village of Rhinebeck at Astor courts on July 31 this year. A local resident divulged the plans and says the two will be married at a private mansion just outside the town about two hours north of New York City.

A local caterer is providing the food, and high school and college students were hired to help prepare the grounds. Clinton is the daughter of former President Bill Clinton and Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton while Mezvinsky is an investment banker in New York.

Al Gore will not be attending Chelsea Clinton's wedding. According to some recent polls, the Clintons are now more popular than the Obamas. So it is not likely that any guest, including the president and first lady, would upstage her marriage to longtime, 31-year-old, boyfriend and Goldman Sachs banker, Marc Mezvinsky.The wedding dress is believed to be a Vera Wang creation.

Bill Clinton has apparently decided not to cry on the occasion.
