Choosing food on taste can be dangerous
Eating choice based on taste can be dangerous for health. A recent study revealed that people choose their one time meal on the basis of taste rather on its healthier benefits. Junk food has become first preference as people find cooking food themselves more time taking.

It seems like health awareness campaigns has trashed down somewhere as many of consumers still are over-consuming unhealthy food widely. And people, who are finding these kind of food within their reach is actually pushing themselves into puddle of diseases such as obesity, heart diseases, high cholesterol problems etc.

However, if one is more reliable on its taste buds then people should find ways to make healthy food more tastier and appealing. Taste always doesn't mean unhealthy food, as healthy food can also be tasty. Rather buying unhealthy food from restaurants or roadside, one should better invest the same amount in social campaigns who work on consumer's emotions and also encourage a thought of healthy eating.

Recently, a health awareness campaigns reported that a holistic approach is desperately needed in the nation which helps to find mutually beneficial strategies to combat the world's alarming obesity epidemic.
