CIC should have uniformity in notices and verdict formats
Presently, different Central Information Commissioners have different formats for issuing notices of hearing, and for orders passed.
THERE SHOULD be a uniform pattern for issuing notices designed after studying present different formats used by registries of different Information Commissioners.
Presently, different Information Commissioners are summarily disposing petitions filed under section 18 of RTI Act with different types of verdicts. It will be better if all the Commissioners decide for a uniform format for verdicts given under summary disposal for petitions filed under section 18 of RTI Act.
