Circuit training is the best way to burn calories
Everyone of us knows that exercising is essential for good health, but still we don't do it because of time constraints. A proper exercising, which includes cardio and strength training regimen needs more time. And if this is exactly your problem then circuit training exercises are the best solution.

CIRCUIT TRAINING is a fast paced series of exercises, where you do one exercise for 30 seconds to 2 minutes and then move on to another exercise. This can be done for 30 minutes to 60 minutes; this will include all the major muscle groups and get a good aerobic workout.

A typical circuit training session includes exercises of alternating types, like one muscle toning exercise will follow a cardio exercise. Each exercise will target a different muscle group. It makes the individual to do the exercise continuously and make tires him out quickly.

Circuit training usually promotes weight loss and builds lean muscle tone. It can also be used for muscle building. It is the best form of exercising for any sport training. Its a great way to have a solid workout in a short span of time. And the results are quicker and significant.

At a beginner level circuit framing, start with push ups; men can go for full push-ups and women can do half push-ups. Start doing it in a slow pace and do till your failure; after this do skipping for thirty seconds. After completing the skipping part, do around 20-23 squats. Do jumping jacks for thirty seconds. Now start doing lunges and it is to be followed with spot jogging.

Remember, don't take rest in between the exercises while performing circuit training. If at all you feel very tired, take 5 to 10 seconds of rest in between the exercises. After completing each circuit you can take 10 to 15 minutes of rest and repeat the circuit about two to four times, reported indiainteracts.
