Through their company, Green and Clean Pty Ltd, they are manufacturing canisters of compressed clean air directly from some of Australia's most pristine locations.
John Dickinson said bottled air was a natural extension of Australia's success in selling green and clean products amid rising consumer demand for safe, reliable, high quality products.
"It was a lot harder to do than some might think" said John Dickinson. "Getting clean pure air into a canister under pressure on location was a real challenge. With the help of a mechanical engineer, after many months of failures we cracked the code. We are now able to capture pure clean air for people from all over the world to enjoy".
The standard size canisters hold up to 130 breaths with the larger canisters holding up to 225 breaths.
"The initial response to the product in India has been fantastic" said Theo Ruygrok "and we are confident people are going to love that Australian fresh air feeling."
Will canisters of air become as normal as bottles of water? Only time will tell but it would seem that for many people living with pollution, the idea of having clean air at hand is very appealing indeed.
