Hackathon, a 36 hour non-stop coding competition organized by Magicbricks, India's leading realty portal, saw 350 plus team registrations with 1000 plus members. Out of this, 25 teams were selected to participate in the final offsite competition which witnessed 25 top-notch creative entries based on 4 technologies - Big Data, AI, Bot, Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality.

The first prize was awarded to Team Harmony, who proposed a solution for the discovery of property lists by potential buyers and renters using smart chat bots that allows users to search and narrow down the search results in a free flowing chat interface.

The second prize went to Team CodeRage. Their solution consisted of a chat based interactive system, which allows buyers to search for properties on Instant Messengers which presents the results on a Google Map.
