Color becomes the curse: Father kills newborn girl
In a shocking incident of victimisation of girl child, a father in Andhra Pradesh killed his new-born baby and the reason - it was not her baby because she was born with red skin.
BORN WITH a different colour than your parents may prove to be a curse sometimes. Exactly same thing happened in the state today (Thursday), as a father with black texture killed his daughter, born with red skin.
He used to come home drunk and often suspected his wife of illicit relationships. Police in Chintalathota have registered a case, but the alleged culprit is still at large.
The killing only shows the victimisation towards girl child in the country.
