Colorado theater mass shooing suspect turns non-cooperative
Colorado police authorities said that James Holmes, 24, was refusing to cooperate and not divulging the motive for his heinous act. He has been produced before a court for reading out charges of first degree murder against him.

HOLMES HAS been assigned a public defender. According to the police, the suspect whose mass shooting at an Aurora theater left 12 dead and 58 wounded was a former doctoral student.

With the suspect turning non-cooperative, it could take months to unearth the motive of the mass shooting on midnight Batman film premiere.

According to the police, Holmes had been buying guns at Denver-area stores nearly two months before the mass shooting incident. It is gathered that he received at least 50 packages in four months at his home and at his institution.

Police is investigating whether Holmes used his studentship status in a graduate program to collect hazardous materials. However, his former institution described him a hard-working student.
