Comedy king Jaspal Bhatti's smiling tweets on Narendra Modi
The king of comedy Jaspal Bhatti is no more, but he will always be remembered for his satire on crucial issues, and public figures like politicians, etc. Bhatti used his talent to highlight the menace of corruption along with many other social evils. He was also actively using the social networking platforms like twitter to express his opinion.

BHATTI HAD frequently tweeted on Gujarat's Chief Minister Narendra Modi. The Aakash tablet tussle between Narendra Modi and telecom minister Kapil Sibal is not hidden from anyone. Bhatti tweeted on this war of words between the two political giants on October 4.

“Kapil Sibal tried to bribe me with Aakash tablet: Narendra Modi…this is unfair to bribe someone with d cheapest tablet,” Bhatti tweeted.

A tweet on September 29th on the same issue says,” Kapil Sibal gifts Akash tablet 2 Narendra Modi….loaded with a video game ‘getting 2 the PM’s Chair with Nitish Kumar firing salvos”.

It was Modi's birthday on September 17. The king of comedy wished him happy birthday on the micro blogging site in his own style.

“#HappyBdayNamo ..Astrologers say nxt PM again will be bearded.Modi,Nitish,MMS already have. Rahul G’s beard will grow with d worries”.

The Gujarat Chief Minister was criticized a lot when he said that the increasing cases of malnutrition in his state is due to figure-conscious girls, who have a habit of eating less, so that their figure does not get adversely impacted.

On this, Bhatti tweeted, ”Modi tells US daily:Gujarat’s malnutrition due to figure conscious girls.. Modi shud ban d song ‘dil lai gayi kudi Gujarat di’."

Rival of Narendra Modi, Keshu Bhai Patel became the subject of Bhatti's tweets when he launched his Gujarat Parivartan Party.

“Keshubhai launches Gujarat Parivartan Party…Minimum membership age is 90 yrs so that Keshu at 83 feels young & bubbly,” tweeted Jaspal Bhatti on August 20.

Congress general secretary Digvijay Singh, who is known for his media statements, also became the subject of Bhatti's tweets. “Narendra Modi compares Congress to Gutka…Digvajay Singh is taking legal advice if Modi cud be booked for disrespecting cong or gutka,” tweeted Bhatti.

When NASA's Curiosity rover landed on Mars, Bhatti took the opportunity to make people on twitter laugh.
“#Curiosity lands & sends pictures: NASA got baffled and demoralized finding traces of Punjabi Paratha & Gujarati Dhokla on Mars,” a tweet by Jaspal Bhatti said.
