THE ENSUING war between Jay Leno, Conan O Brien and the NBC seems to be nearing a raging end as reports have surfaced of Conan likely to join Fox anytime soon. Meanwhile fuming fans have been planning a protest rally for Conan outside NBC 5 studios, fearing his exit from the show.
As per sources Conan O Brien is nearing a settlement with NBC and is expected to appear in his last Tonight Show this Friday. Interestingly, O Brien's ratings have increased considerably in the past one week as fans have started an Internet campaign to save his job. Out of two hosts, Conan O Brien enjoys a massive fan base and has garnered sympathy considering his possible walk out from the show. On the flip side, Leno’s reputation has been hit for now he might come across as a TV show usurper.
