Congratulations Mr. Kejriwal for your initiative to end VIP culture
Congratulations Mr. Arvind Kejriwal for your efforts towards ending the VIP culture in Delhi. You have done well to refuse Govt. bungalow and more importantly security cover as Chief Minister designate of Delhi and put nails in the coffin of VIP culture.

You are the most daring person of India after Mahatma Gandhi who too refused to have a security cover. You are a true believer in Almighty God. You know very well that nobody is indispensable in this world and the life of a common man is as important as that of any big politician.

Gandhi Ji died but world went on. Then Pt. Nehru died and the world went on as usual. Mrs. Indira Gandhi died, killed by her own bodyguards and the world did not stop.

Some people think that Z-Class security to a VIP can avert risk to his life. How wrong they are? The late Mrs. Gandhi had a full security cover but that did not save her from getting killed by her own security men. Then in the neighboring country Pakistan, the then Governor of Punjab, Salman Tasrir had full security cover but was killed by his own bodyguard.

It is true that politicians face various risks but so do our soldiers, policemen, journalists etc. Who provides them security? Nobody but God. Then there are women workers working in Ordinance factory manufacturing gun powder. They always face the risk of dying. Who provides them security? Only God.

So my point is that all security cover to the VIPs must be withdrawn and let them face life as faced by a common man. Let them not have Govt. bungalows and live in their own houses just like a common man. Let the Aam Aadmi (Common Man) culture prevail.
