Conrad Murray to be sentenced, responsible for MJ's death
Conrad Murray, Michael Jackson's doctor has been found guilty for the pop singer, MJ's death. He is most probably going to be sentenced for a period of 4 years in prison for his acts.

IT TOOK 29 months to find out the person who was primarily responsible for Michael Jackson’s death, though his reason for death was not rocket science. The pop singer who was famous all over the world died an unfortunate death on 25 June 2009, due to propofol intoxication after he suffered cardiac arrest at his home. It is MJ’s doctor, Conrad Murray, who has been found guilty. It was the deadly dose of propofol, an anaesthetic agent which his doctor gave him that is largely held responsible for MJ’s death.

The verdict was given at the Los Angeles court, where MJ’s fans were eagerly waiting outside for the jury to come up with the decision. When they came to know that the doctor had been found guilty, the scene was something to watch out for. Some of these fans could not hold back their tears, while some of them were erupting in joy. MJ’s brother, Jermaine said that justice has been served now, as reported by Reuters. The doctor would be given sentence on November 29, which may be for a period of four years and his medical license would also be taken back.

There are several examples to show that the doctor carried his work in a very unethical manner. The doctor used propofol inspite of knowing that he did not have the proper equipment to use at the time. Had he called the 911 on time, it might have saved MJ’s life, but Conrad did not opt for emergency on time. Just to make matters worse for the Conrad, he had not maintained a proper medical record too, which is utter carelessness. It has also been heard that Conrad had ordered for around 4 gallons of propofol, which the medical experts were surprised about, as it was something, which they had never heard about.

But, still the doctor was not guilty about the dose he gave to the pop singer. The case also highlights that there were a large number of medical procedures that were neglected by Conrad, which has led to the death of the singer. It is really surprising that a doctor of such experience would take upon such measures in a critical condition. Conrad was paid a sum of USD 150,000 a month to look after his health.
