For every 1000 people, essential servicies should include uninterrupted round the clock electricity generation; good qualty schools; good quality colleges; nice shopping malls; best of the roads laid; best of the sewer treatment plants; best of the drinking water facilities including water treatment plants; efficient law enforcement agencies; modern entertainment arenas like movies halls-theatres; best of the parks-gardens-playgrounds; newly built concept museums-archeological & historical places of interest; best of the transport mode available like buses-local trains(or metro trains); best of the affordable dwelling residential houses; places clearly earmarked for setting up of various types of industries including information technology and export oriented industries; places clearly earmarked for various religious institutions for prospering in their faith and belief; mini or large zoos and mini botanical gardens; places clearly earmarked for construction of modern architectural designed Government buildings having complete Information Technology infrastracture.Once a role model city is in place, the task becomes all the more easy for others to simply copy the role model for achieving best of the results as the final outcome.
