The title is very apt. TV serial satarise it as a common place cultural trait. This is the image of India internationally. Since Bofor Rajiv's deal with Jayawardene in 1987 Indo-Sri Lanka relations still delivers on Rajiv's commitments to Sri lanka. RAW's covert material support are re-cycled to the key policy makers in the Delhi bureacracy with the Delhi politicians getting a share. Hence the blunders in Delhi's foreign policies.
