Crackdown at closing time lands Delhi police in trouble
Late night, following Delhi police commissioner's directive to shut down bars, pubs and restaurants by 1 am,two policemen got into problem. They were lynched by Gurgaon based three businessmen.

The incident took place in N-Block Market in Greater Kailash-I. Whileraiding in a restaurant over closing time, two Delhi personnel had to be paid a very steep price. Both of them were badly thrashed, allegedly by three businessmen.  

During initial probe, all the three persons have been recognized as Rahul, Prateek and Yudhistar – who had beaten up the two policemen, Gurgaon. They had come for a party at Dao restaurant and bar in N-Block market in GK-I.

On asking, Constable Satbir and Head constable Ashwini told the media that they asked concerned staff members to shut down the bar but the three person started arguments. They even started abusing and shouting loudly. After sometime, the situation went worse and led to a clash between police and businessmen. Constables further added that the perpetrators even tried to ran away in their vehicle from the spot but injured cops succeed in catching them with the help of local people.

As was reported by Times of India, that the officers told the entire incident to their seniors. Later, a case under sections 186, 332, 353 and 34 were filed against all the accused businessmen.
