Creating light painting images with a digital camera
Light painting photographs are the long exposure photographs with exposure time of more than 1 second with camera made to swirl quickly in front a light or a string of lights.
A SIMPLE light painting image should be shot with little or no ambient light and the light source should be a medium bright light or the festival lights.

You can swirl, spin, twirl, loop or move the camera in wave-like or zigzag fashion to get different effects.
Thus, intentional and systematic camera-shake to give the image of sources of light is a unique and artistic effect. Try it out, you may love it.
