THE IPL has finally returned to India and how! This time it promises to be bigger and better than ever with the multiplexes joining in the fun. For the first time ever, IPL will be screened in cinema halls and this will be a boost for all cricket fans across India, who want to enjoy the stadium like frenzy from the comfort of a cinema hall. It will be a whole new experience and an opportunity for people in cities like Ahmedabad and Pune, who don’t get to see IPL matches live at the stadiums.

BIG Cinemas promises to create a real time stadium like experience for the viewers at their theatres. The match will be showcased in select theatres in Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad and Jaipur along with a few smaller cities in Gujarat. Check out the nearest theatre which will screen the IPL matches.

The viewers stand to experience the joys of:

·         Watching in high-definition format
·         Seamless transmission with absolutely no ad-breaks!
·         Dolby Surround Sound
·         Cheerleaders inside the halls, and
·         A lot of free goodies!

“This will provide people an opportunity to go out in a group and have fun. Considering the standing of cricket and IPL in India, this is a lifeline for people in cities which do not host any IPL matches. Now, they won’t have to travel long distances. Cricket crazy men, like me, can also take our girlfriends along, who otherwise might not be too keen on watching cricket,” Said Neeraj Narayan, a second year management student from Ahmedabad and a passionate blogger.

For those who are itching to buy the tickets, they are available at BIG Cinemas multiplexes in the above mentioned cities.  Along with daily tickets in the price range of Rs. 90 to Rs.300 for different cities, BIG Cinemas is also offering season passes which would cost anywhere from Rs. 1450 to Rs. 3400 in Mumbai and at Rs. 1100 in Jaipur.
