Danger bells ringing for Andre Villas Boas
After Chelsea's loss against Everton, their manager lashed out at the players but to his surprise his tactics were scrutinized by the players. It might be difficult times ahead for Boas, as he might be sacked by the club, if similar kinds of performances are repeated.

ALL IS not well with Chelsea Football Club, as they have been putting up an unimpressive display in their EPL matches. Their last loss to Everton has proved to be a very bad one, as they lie on 5th place with just 43 points in the EPL table. There is no way that the club can even put together a challenge for the title as both Manchester clubs are ahead by more than 15 points. So they are trying to get the fourth spot, which might give them a chance to grab the Champions League qualifying spot.

After their loss against Everton, the next day on the training grounds, Andre Villas Boas was in a very bad mood, as he lashed out at the players for their performance during their game. But the players were also not going to take his words seriously and keep quiet. The players hit back at him criticising his tactics and the selections he makes about the team, reported The Telegraph. He must not have thought that his players would attack him as well.

With such kind of attack from both the ends, the situation does not auger well for the club. Does this mark the end of Andre Villas Boas as a manager of the club, who has not been able to impress with his tactics on the field? One of the favourites for Roman Abramovich, Chelsea’s owner, Guus Hiddink is available, so it would not act upon as a surprise if he gets another stint with the blues. But the Chelsea think tank might give him time till the end of the season to make an impact on the owner. Else, he might be sacked. Roman Abramovich does not mind sacking managers of his team, as he has done it numerous times during his reign at the club.

The situation does not look very bright for Boas, as Abramovich has been visiting the Chelsea training ground quite regularly. According to sources of The Telegraph, it has reported that the Russian billionaire might have lost patience with the Portuguese and might even consider a change. The million dollar question has to be, will he get the sack?
