Danica McKeller whose portrayal of Winnie Cooper elicited a huge fan following, had later post the sitcom's end end in the early ninties gone on to become a mathematician. She also tried her hand as an author.
Soon after her stint in the wonder years, went to UCLA to pursue mathematics. She later wrote mathematics based books like f "Math Doesn't Suck: How to Survive Middle-School Math without Losing Your Mind or Breaking a Nail" and "Kiss My Math: Showing Pre-Algebra Who's Boss." Her third book, "Hot X: Algebra Exposed," comes out in August.
On the personal front, Danica Mckeller, 35 had married Mike Verta, a composer during last March in La Jolla. She is radiant with the news of her pregnancy. "I'm so excited. I've been bursting to tell people."
