DDA FLATS applicants will have to wait with bated breath as the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will be holding its draw of lots for its housing scheme in Noida today. The draw will be taking place at the Noida based office of the Centre for Development of Advance Computing (C-DAC). When asked why such an event will be held at the C-DAC office, the DDA clarified its stand by stating that since the office is located in Noida, the company also excels in handling activities of such importance.
The DDA further substantiated its stand in a press release by adding that due to the fact that the number of applicants of this particular scheme and also the number of flats being allotted under the scheme is high as compared to earlier schemes. C-DAC has better wherewithal and expertise to conduct the draw of such a magnitude and as it is not possible to transport the requisite equipment from Noida to Vikas Sadan, the draw is being held at C-DAC headquarters in Noida.
