De Dana Dan - Entertainment overloaded
Pseudo intellectuals might start carping against it. People with highbrow tastes might brush it aside. And some people, who get vicarious excitement in assuming that by criticising a movie, they can become as big, if not better than superstars.

With a movie starring King Akshay Kumar and his ‘lucky’ mascot Katrina Kaif alongwith the golden team of the ever versatile Paresh Rawal, Experienced Suniel Shetty and the hit machine Akshay Kumar, one can always expect it to be a complete package.

And, it turns out to be so.

If one expects a review being published on Friday evening, he is certainly wrong because such magnum opus attracts viewers, critics and pseudo intellectuals from the word ‘go’ .

A lot has already been said about the plot and performances, However, this is an attempt to have an unbiased analysis.

Reasons to watch :

1) Akshay Kumar always addresses his fans to leave brains at home for comic capers. But, please do not do that for this flick. The amount of confusion and the comical touch is too hard to handle. The second half is so complex and funny that missing even 5 minutes might lessen the fun.

2) The performances are praiseworthy. Every individual has his own style and it appears like enthusiastic ad ambitious newcomers are trying to steal the spot light from one another.

3) Comedy overloaded – and this time it is situational comedy rather than one liners

4) The music is good. And the actresses add to the glamour quotient.

Negative points :

1) The climax, like all Priyadarshan movies is exaggerated and predictable.

2) At some places, the dialogues are overshadowed by loud background music

In all, this is ‘Entertainment dana dan’ . A must watch movie catering to the tastes of ‘aam junta’

Pseudo intellectuals might start carping against it. People with highbrow tastes might brush it aside. And some people, who get vicarious excitement in assuming that by criticising a movie, they can become as big, if not better as superstars like Akshay Kumar will pounce upon for sure. However, the ‘Paisa paisa’ song can be incorporated in real life after the box office verdict because this has a ‘BLOCKBUSTER’ written all over it.
