DELHI CHIEF Minister Shiela Dixit is again in news for controversies, when her Finance Minister Dr A K Walia refused to share dais on the inauguration of Metro Rail extension to Noida, because Delhi government avoided portraying Dr A K Walia in big newspaper-advertisements given on the occasion. Secondly, unholy practice of image-projection of political rulers and other living personalities at public-cost should be done away. Instead of waiting verdict on the long-pending writ at Supreme Court, Union government should honour wishes of its Prime Minister by making it a rule for not allowing photo-publicity of living personalities including those in legislature at public-expense both at centre and in states.
