Detoxing the body through periodic spells of mono-dieting
Presently, life has become hectic at the cost of body and its health. Also, with changed life styles, out eating habits have undergone a sea change and are causing ailments.

At times, it is worthwhile for us to sit back and take a stock of situation, and go for a periodic spells of detoxing our bodies. In Indian culture, the practice of mono-diet was used frequently earlier, which got lost somewhere in the spin of hectic life.
 
Nonetheless, the mono-diet practice spells are being revived again to detox the body. To help you to go about the mono-dieting, follow the following steps. 
Choose one of the following organic and 1 kg of fresh vegetables or fruit for your once a week mono-diet detoxing regimen: carrots, cucumber, celery, papaya, pears, apple etc.
  • In the morning, have the juice of the chosen vegetable or fruit. In the afternoon, have the whole or chopped vegetable or fruit. And, in the evening, have the grated vegetable or fruit.
  • Drink at least about two litres of boiled water during the day of mono-dieting.
  • Also, along with mono-dieting, do easy exercises like simple stretches or limbering exercises or yoga in the morning and breathing exercises or meditation in the evening. 
  • Make this kind of once-a-week mono-dieting a part of your life, you will feel fresh and supple.
