DHBVN lacks manpower to deal with the increasing power failure in Gurgaon
Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN) maintains that the lack of manpower has reflected in the poor power supply. There is a serious need of around 1500 people in Gurgaon, but only comprises of 500, which seems to be a major problem in carrying out the required work of checking upon the faults.
