Do not eat white refined carbohydrates.
Eat less at a time. Work out at least 30 minutes a day. Eat green bitter vegetables in plenty Eat a high fiber diet Do not eat trans fats in food. Eat jamun and kaith fruits when available
A lifelong chronic disease, diabetes materializes in the human body due to high levels of sugar in the blood. It is caused due to resistance to insulin, too little insulin or presence of both conditions. Diabetes patients can't move sugar into fat, liver and nuscle cells so that it can stored for energy as the patient's body doesn't repond to insulin normally, does not make enough insulin or both.
There are three types of diabetes: Type 1, Type 2 and gestational diabetes. Some common symptoms of diabetes are hunger, weight loss, frequent uriniation, fatugue, excess thirst and blurry vision.
