There has been news coming up as some have claimed that the SCRAM bracelet that Lindsay has been wearing was tampered with and it could have resulted in giving positive reading for the alcohol.

WHEN SCRAM bracelet went off, actress Lindsay Lohan’s alcohol level was reportedly as high as .04. The alcohol levels in Lindsay’s body were contained in a report prepared by SCRAM officials for the Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel.

As per the directions of the court, Lindsay was ordered not to consume alcohol and was required to complete all her necessary alcohol education classes ahead for July 6 court hearing.

According to a source there was no doubt that Lindsay was drinking and the report that the alcohol monitoring service provided to Judge Revel was very detailed and extremely reliable.
