Hair complements a person's appearance, if it is taken care of and styled in fashion. You don't need any miracle product to make your hair look beautiful and healthy, because a healthy and balanced diet is the most effective way to keep hair healthy and beautiful.

JUST SHAMPOOING and conditioning will not give you a healthy hair, rather excess shampooing can make the hair dry, because the scalp produces some essential oils which are required for the proper growth of the hair and excess shampooing can remove those essential oils.

A beautiful and healthy hair needs strength, which comes from the food we eat. The hair requires nutrients such as proteins, vitamin E, vitamin C, Selenium, Calcium and Magnesium for healthy hair. You can also add Coconut water and Amla. Coconut water is best to give shine and nutrition to hair and Amla is best for hair thickness, blakness and shine.
