Diets that can help in blood purification
One of the most common problem that people are dealing with today is blood intoxication, which is the result of Bad food Habits, and other harmful addictions. We go to doctors, pay hefty amount of money, and still that doesn't help much. But now its easier to cleanse your blood naturally.

Green Leafy Vegetables:

Lemon:

This common fruit is an effective common blood Purifier, adding few drops of lemon with one teaspoon of Honey in one glass of warm water and drinking it in the empty stomach in morning is very healthy, it will also help you in losing weight and strengthener the immune system and also add glow to your skin.

Lemons contain many substances--notably citric acid, calcium, magnesium, vitamin C, bioflavonoids, pectin, and limonene--that promote immunity and fight infection.
