Don't die before trying masala Dosa
The article is about top 10 dishes every tourist should eat before dying as he travels around the around. According to a blog writer, this will help tourists to see places of importance and understand their culture and religion better.

ACCORDING TO a travel study by blog writer Viator for Huffington post, the south Indian dish Masala dosa is among top 10 dishes to eat 'before you die'. The list includes some of world's best dishes according to the newspaper for tourists who visit many places around the world.

Masala Dosa is among list with Peking duck a dish from China, BBQ ribs of US, Teppanyaki from Japan. Masala Dosa is made with rice and mixture of green seed which is usually dried and used in cooking. The Dosa comes in a round shape with red hot color. The Masala Dosa further gets tastier if ate with fried onions and cooked potatoes and served with well prepared chutney. The chutney is made from coconut with onions added salt for taste and tamarind.

The travel study also lists the following Escargots from France which are served in the shell and cooked to perfection with butter. The list further adds the names of Moussakka of Greece, Zucchini flowers from Italy, Sea food curry Laksa from Malaysia, Thailand’s dish Som tam or green papaya salad, and pavlova from Australia and New Zealand.

The blog writer further in his writing stressed upon tourists to eat the sample dishes of the country while visiting any place. This will make friends from the country and the tourists can learn the culture, historic importance, politics and religion.

Mr Anil Gulati masala dosa is the indian origin of masala dosa and at the moment my mouth is full of water and i cant actually control of having a bite of it. Well to tell you the fact that maysor masala dosa is the best of all. Its spiecy, tangy, and has real taste of dosa. its awesome. :).... so enjoy this dosa. and one more thing Sarvana bhawan in connought place is the best place to have south indian food.

Yeah. I have read the article too. And it feels great. However, I wonder if the travel writer at HuffPo had a chance to taste every dish in the world to reach to the conclusion. There are many other delicious dishes in India. Infact the Dosa community itself has tastier types than simple Masala Dosa. But anyway good to know somebody liked an Indian food.
