The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority had introduced the residential plots to be developed along the Noida to Agra Yamuna Expressway with many diversified projects under consturction.
THE YAMUNA Expressway Authority had recently come out with plots ranging from 1000 to 4000 sqm residential plots near the Night Safari, University, Formula 1 racing track on the Yamuna Expressway to Agra.
The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority had introduced the residential plots to be developed along the Noida to Agra Yamuna Expressway with many diversified projects under consturction. It is also in a very close proximity to the Eastern Peripheral Expressway.
The Authority introduces 1000 sqm, 2000sqm and 4000sqm residential plots in sector 20 in 1000 heactare area. The plots are available in stalements over eight years and Authority rate is Rs 4750/- per sqm. The sector 20 is located just 17 kms from Pari Chowk, Greater Noida.
The Yamuna Expressway Highway will be operational by 2010 and is believed to be a value for money investment.

And Short Term Investors with limited money in hand should book profit immediately. As u know, about 21000 plots are allotted & lot of plots are financed by banks. Once selling started, there will be a steep fall in premium. Buyer will be totally absent from the market, as happened in near past. For long term investors, there is no problem, they may have to wait for 8-9 yrs for good return.
