Either Nigeria or Iran to make it from Group F to the round of 16
Argentina has already progressed into the round of 16, after having won their group F matches against Iran and Bosnia and Herzegovina. But, the second team from the group is yet to be decided, which would be decided tonight when Nigeria play Argentina and Iran play Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is either going to be Nigeria or Iran for the second spot.

As of now, Nigeria remains to be in second spot with four points and Iran in third spot with a single point. But, this could all change by tonight, depending upon tonight's fixtures. All kinds of situation may arise, depending upon the scoreline.

But one scoreline, (Argentina beat Nigeria 1-0 and Iran beat Bosnia 1-0), it would make matters very complicated and the scoreline is very much possible. This scoreline would end up Nigeria and Iran with same points, same goal difference, goals scored and head to head match as well. It is at this juncture, where a toss might decide the fate of the team, or even a lucky draw.

Either way, it is very unfortunate for any team to walk out of such a prestigious competition in such a manner. It may be for the first time in the history of the competition that a team would be out of the competition in such a manner (if it does happen).

But, this situation may be averted as well with Argentina looking in great form to score more than a solitary goal. They have players such as Messi, Maria, Aguero and a host of quality players who could thrash Nigeria, who have looked a good unit, so much so that defeating Argentina might not be a huge surprise for the African nation as well.
