EMMANUEL DELCOUR or Jean Val Jean, who has joined as a students on Bravo's Chef Academy has a colourful past. The French origin actor is a prominent porn star and is now aiming to cash on his popularity to compete on the Bravo's Chef Academy, a show which teaches non-chefs to to cook and compete.
 
The fact that Jean Val Jean was is a porn star has forced some critics to argue that Bravo's Chef Academy was trying to capitalizing on his colourful but pornographic past. In 2007, Jean
