Recently, a delegation of European Union parliamentarians visited Bihar and called upon CM Nitish Kumar, and also interacted with the people. The MPs appreciated the development taking place in the state.
AS THE adage goes actions speak louder than words, no doubt the sustained efforts and initiatives taken-up by the Bihar chief minister and Janta Dal (United) leader, Nitish Kumar, have started yielding results.
The change in Bihar is evident, and it is happening at a rapid pace in all the important sectors whether it is infrastructure, power, rural health, primary education or law and order.Kudos to Nitish Kumar, whose honest and sincere efforts as a public servant at the helm of affairs in Bihar has started bringing him laurels from not only the people of Bihar but several foreign dignitaries too, have attributed the success story of the development of Bihar to the vision of Nitish Kumar.
The Parliamentarians from the European Union (EU), who paid a visit to Bihar recently praised Nitish Kumar’s efforts and said Bihar has changed a lot. There has been all around development and people’s life has become better. The delegation of European Union (EU) MPs led by Graham Watson met Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Wednesday and offered him to help in the state’s development. Surprisingly the lawmakers said the roads in the state were in better condition than in many European nations.The delegation also showed keen interest in helping the Bihar government to improve the quality of life of the poor people of the state especially farmers, women and children living in the rural areas of the state. The members of delegation assured Bihar chief minister of all possible assistance that could help in the development of state. The members also visited the rural areas of Vaishali and enquired about the problems faced by the local there.
