Exit Polls for Lok Sabha Elections 2014: NDA touches the magic figure
A combined view of all Exit Polls predicting the outcome of Lok Sabha Elections 2014. As various agencies and media houses bring out their prediction of the results of General Election, we create an aggregated view of the same for the readers.

Polling for the 16th Lok Sabha elections are over. The fates of the political parties and their candidates are sealed in the Electronic Voting Machines. Now everyone is waiting for the results. 

There were 543 Lok Sabha seats for which elections had taken place. The Congress party has fought elections on 457 Lok Sabha seats. Whereas the BJP has fielded its candidates on 428 Lok Sabha seats. 

The Congress-led UPA has fought elections on 534 Lok Sabha seats out of the total 543. Whereas the BJP-led NDA has contested on all the 543 seats. Aam Aadmi Party, which had surprised every one in Delhi, has fought elections on 430 Lok Sabha seats.

On May 16, the results will come out and then one will know who is going to be their representative in the parliament. But before the actual results, number of exit polls are already here predicting the possible result.

How accurate the exit polls are? Whether it will be Narendra Modi-led NDA in power and Rahul Gandhi-led UPA will be out of power? Only time will tell when the actual results will be out on May 16. However, the exit poll figures must have given an idea about the voters choice.
