Museums in Gurgaon: Did you know about them?
Did you know that there were museums in Gurgaon? And that too four of them? At a time when one can breathe new year celebrations in every corner and winters have completely set, this is the time to take your children on some educational excursion around the city. Amusement parks and shopping malls have become dull as dishwater and there form, one should definitely try unconventional options located in and around the city.

There are few museums in Gurgaon that will take you on a different journey and will make you nostalgic. Following are the unique options to make this vacation indelible:

1. Museum of Folk and Tribal Art

Museum of Folk and Tribal Art is one option which cannot be missed out if you were always intrigued by the historical collection or you can always take your kids along to teach them about the same. K.C. Aryan, the director of the museum has converted his personal residence into one captivating collection of tribal and folk objects. 2. Heritage Transport Museum
Everyone loves and appreciate vintage cars and undoubtedly everyone would love to own them as well. The present generation was out of luck as they never got an opportunity to get their hands on beautiful vintage wheels. However, one can visit the Heritage Transport Museum located in Gurgaon to witness the history running on wheels.

Heritage Transport Museum is one of a kind museum in the country where one can walk-in and experience the extensive collection of two and four wheelers. Tarun Thakral, a vintage car collector is a proud owner of the museum which is spread across 90,000 sq, feet. The museum is always evolving which serves as advantage for the same.
