Ferderation of Noida Industries (FNI) in their monthly executive meeting discussed four major issues concerned with them. Coming to a final conclusion FNI has warned the authorities saying that they will protest if speedy action is not taken to address their issues soon.
Few of the major issues discussed are
decreasing the limits in the mixed land use policy. According to FNI,
the limits for the mixed land use policy framed by the Noida
Authorities are not perfect, as the rates are very high. The FNI has
said the authorities, that they can only give Rs 6200 per sq meter,
as given by the Delhi government.
They warned the government saying, “If
the government does not respond to the issues on the Mixed land use
policy, then Federation of Noida Industries will protest in front of
the office of Noida Authority for the same.”
According to a statement they also
demanded that the Noida and Greater Noida lands should be made free
The other issue was about Greater Noida
Development authority, where the authority has dispute regarding
flat allocation to the buyers. In the name of BHS-12 scheme,
allocation has been done and money has also been taken. But still the
land have not been granted to the Greater Noida Authority. On this
issue the federation of Industries has decided to go to court.
