The festival is being organized in collaboration with CzechTourism with support from the Embassy of the Czech Republic in India, and will take place in 24/7 Restaurant at The Lalit, New Delhi, from October 11-16.
THE CZECH cuisine is known for its wide array of flavors and will be presented with unique soups, sauces and unique dumplings. This cuisine can truly be called the heaven for those with a sweet tooth. Chef Jan Horký, from the Golden Prague Restaurant in Hotel InterContinental, also the captain of the national team of Czech chefs, along with Chef Marek Svoboda from Gastro Studio will be working their way through the Czech cuisine.

At the festival once can sample a variety of soups and dumplings, meat and vegetables, sauces and dressings. Considering the Czech Republic is known for its beer consumption, how can the “Liquid Gold” be left behind. Apart from Czech beer, Czech cuisine also goes very well with wines made out of typical grapes such as Saint Laurent, Pinot Noir, Muller-Thurgao, Riesling and Sauvignon. Adding to the occasion is Czech folklore music - with colorful costumes, rhythmic songs, special instruments.
The real surprises of the festival, apart from its cuisine are the prizes. Guests can win daily prizes and gear up for the mega prize that will take them to The Czech Republic’s capital, Prague. The prizes will be distributed through a lucky draw. All people have to do is drop their visiting cards and if their card gets picked, they land up being the lucky winner.
