The Institute of Hotel Management, Hyderabad, is organizing Food Festival as a part of its 40 years celebrations. The alumni meet was organsied, and many alumni attended the event, and are felicitating the current staff of the institute.
The Institute invited the public to come to taste and experience the budding hospitality talent. The students have put up stalls showcasing their culinary skills and preparing various types of momos, chicken kebabs, liver satey, and vadapav, biryanis, shawarma, Italian pastas, burgers, pizzas, mocktails, ice creams and other food items.
There are few other stalls attracting young crowd in virtual games. Apart from these, there are some food allied industry products such as food processors, Hyderabadi pearls, handicrafts among others.
The students are organizing cultural event and competitions open to hotels management colleges. In this context, all public is invited to attend the event in between 11.00am to 7.00pm.
