Foods that can reduce oily skin
Oily skin can be a challenge, as it leads to blemishes and acne flare-ups. So, to avoid formation of excess oil, we avoid eating certain food, but apart from avoiding certain food stuffs, you can try including few foods in your diet and reap some benefits.

Fiber foods – you can find good source of fiber in salads, legumes, citrus fruits, corn and rice. Fiber helps to flush out toxins from your body and also absorb essential nutrients well. Eating high fiber foods also helps in boosting skin tone.

Grapefruit – Its high fiber and water content means that, it fills you up in few calories and also gets digested quickly. High Vitamin C content helps in fleshing out fat from your system.
