Foods to fight inflammation and belly fat
Inflammation is a part of the body's immune response, without it we can't heal but when it goes out of control, it can damage the body. To curb inflammation, it is advisable to add these items to your plate today.

Fatty fish and nuts – Oily fish like salmon, mackerel, tuna and salvis are high in omega-3-fatty acids, which help in producing inflammation. If you do not love fishes, go for nuts such as almonds and walnuts.

Whole grains – Refined and white are not in fashion, because they are stripped out of natural and healthy fiber. Also they have added sugar, which will add to the suffering. So, go for whole grains without added sugars.

Dark leafy greens – Vitamin E play a key role in protecting our body from pro-inflammatory molecules. Dark leafy greens like spinach, kale and broccoli are the best sources for vitamin E, and are also filled with minerals, calcium, iron and phytochemicals which boosts immunity.

Spices – Spices like pepper, ginger, garlic and turmeric are also very good in fighting inflammation and adding additional flavor to our taste buds.

Berries – With natural chemicals that are good for lower CRP levels in blood, berries such as raspberry, blueberry and strawberries are distinct to fight inflammation.

Fruits and vegetables – All fruits and vegetables, due to their rich nutrient and fiber content helps to combat chronic inflammation.

Green tea – The mild beverage will help in shrinking your waistline and will also decrease inflammation. An important compound called EGCG in green tea helps in reducing body fat.
