Football fans going crazy with FIFA 2014 official song, 'We Are One'
It was Shakira's 'Waka Waka,' the official song for the 2010 World Cup in South Africa, which caught the attention of football lovers all around the world. Four years later, it is 'We Are One,' the official song for 2014 World Cup sung by Pitbull featuring Jennifer Lopez and Claudia Leitte, which has already dazzled fans not only in Brazil, but also worldwide.

The trio of Pitbull, Jennifer Lopez and Claudia Leitte will perform the official song of FIFA cup-2014 during the opening ceremony on June 12 in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Pitbull and Jennifer Lopez's  will begin with the opening stanza as: Put your flags up in the sky (put them in the sky)/ And wave them side to side (side to side) /Show the world where you’re from (show them where you’re from)/ Show the world we are one (one love, life).

According to a report, the song, also known as FIFA-2014 championship anthem, already has more than 19 billion views on YouTube and has become popular among teenagers. The song has been filmed in the US.

The other stanzas are as follows.

But, once the opening ceremony is done with, football fans across the length and breadth of the world would be eager to see top stars battling it out for more than a month to win the most coveted title in world football – FIFA World Cup. The tournament involves 32 teams, who has gone through a grueling qualification process to reach Brazil. It is time for them to show their class in the global stage.
