The top ranked Indian player Sania Mirza is ready to battle it out against Agnies Radwanska in the second round of the French open 2011.

AFTER A cruising victory in the first around of the French open 2011, Sania Mirza ranked 72 in the WTA ranking chart is all geared up for her second round clash against the 13 ranked Agnies Radwanska, who has a good record this year in major WTA tourneys.

Sania Mirza beat Kristina Barrois 6-3, 6-3 en route to her second round match, while Radwanska also had also a cake walk leading up to the second round clash. She defeated Patricia Mayr-Achleitner in straight sets, 6-1, and 6-2. Both the players have had an easy outing on the red clay surface of Paris. It is time for them to outdo one another by playing superior high quality tennis.

However, Agnies Radwanska is an overwhelming favourite to win the match. They have never played against one another, so they have an element of surprise for one another with their powerful groundstrokes. Sania has always been up to the challenge when it comes to playing against top ranked players.
